Infogain, a global retail, CRM and mobile solutions provider announces that it has successfully migrated PayPoint.net to the Oracle CRM on Demand platform within eight weeks from inception to going live.

Selected at the end of 2010 by PayPoint.net to move from its existing CRM system to the Oracle (Software as a Service) platform, Infogain has seamlessly completed Phase One to quickly deliver a ‘single source of truth’; greater visibility of online sales, customer intelligence and user flexibility and, critically, significantly more effective website integration.

PayPoint.net’s Operations Director, Mike Holden comments: “As an online operation, we identified the clear benefits to be had by moving to Oracle’s CRM on Demand platform and were impressed by Infogain’s credentials in implementing large CRM projects.

“Our decision to work with Infogain is already proving to be the right one; they quickly defined our core needs to deliver a granular level of control over our customer lifecycle whilst enabling real-time access to lead sources, paid and organic search results, partner management and our overriding need to reflect our website brand identity – which is inherently restricted by the ‘template’ limitations of other CRM providers on the cloud.”

With over 20 years of facilitating Customer Centric Retailing, Infogain enables retailers and retail payment services to simply integrate every customer enquiry and touch point to deliver unprecedented customer service and effective access to real-time customer data.

“Infogain works with the retail industry to integrate new technologies to harness the move to a customer focused environment. We are dedicated to transforming the customer experience to make retail businesses more agile and profitable by leveraging existing technology investments”, says Mark Collin, Infogain’s VP for Europe and Africa.

“Our business grew quickly during the first wave of CRM implementations in the early ‘90s, we are seeing strong demand again in the retail sector as touch points become more integrated around the customer. We have just experienced eight consecutive quarters of growth which is phenomenal in the current climate. Infogain has implemented multiple and large retail and CRM projects for major global brands, providing the expertise on-site and the project management capability which eases the budget and resource concerns of stores and online retailers. SaaS solutions like Oracle CRM on Demand require minimal upfront spend and exceptional returns on that investment.”

Infogain is also a market leader in Mobile Point of Service systems, another prime example of customer centric technology, implementing pioneering in-store systems for Disney Stores and Victoria’s Secret among others,, and leads the market in iPhone apps for retail mobility.

Phase One of the CRM implementation is scheduled to go live in February. Phase Two, aimed to roll out in spring 2011, will extend PayPoint.net’s capability to deliver targeted customer management and enable its support team to integrate more effectively with customers to efficiently handle queries, customer feedback and to maximise sales and marketing potential.
