Epiphany to Enhance Services for 55 Million Customers

ATLANTA - Mar 16, 2011 - Caixa Econômica Federal will implement Infor CRM Epiphany, a customer relationship management solution with very strong presence in financial and banking organisations provided by Infor. Infor is a leading provider of business application software serving over 70,000 customers. Caixa will use CRM Epiphany to provide visibility into customers' unique spending habits and offer products and services accordingly.

Caixa is the largest public bank in Latin America and main financial public institution in Brazil. In less than three years, Caixa has increased its customer base from 44.3 million to 55.3 million people. Caixa also serves all formal workers in Brazil through social program benefits.
